1. International Shipping

1.1. Purchase Policy

All products available at Trustique Store are shipped directly from our suppliers in Brazil, the United States, or China to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery typically takes between 10 to 35 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Orders are shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders paid via bank transfer may take between 1 to 5 business days for payment confirmation.

We provide a tracking code so customers can monitor their order’s progress.

Note: In certain cases, delivery times may be extended due to delays, strikes, holidays, pandemics, peak seasons, or other situations beyond our control.

Trustique Store guarantees order delivery. If a package is lost or misplaced during shipment, we will refund the full amount paid. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and include free online tracking.

1.2. Insured Shipping

If a product is delayed and not delivered within 90 business days from the dispatch date, we will issue a full refund.

Please note that you may receive multiple packages, as products may be shipped from different suppliers. If you receive part of your order before the rest, this is completely normal.

1.3. Order Tracking

Orders are shipped via postal services or private couriers. A tracking code will be provided, allowing customers to follow their order’s progress. Trustique Store will instruct customers on how to track their shipments. The tracking code will be sent via email as soon as it becomes available.

Tracking codes are provided within 3 to 9 business days after payment confirmation.

Tracking information may take between 5 to 10 business days to appear on the courier’s website after the tracking code is issued.

2. General Conditions

2.1. Address Accuracy

Trustique Store ships orders to the address provided by the customer. Please ensure that the shipping details are correct to avoid delivery issues.

2.2. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

Ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. Postal services typically make up to three delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be held at the nearest postal office for up to 7 calendar days. The customer is responsible for collecting the package within this period.

If the package is not collected, it will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.

Delivery attempt details and the address of the postal office where the package can be collected will be available in the tracking information provided.

2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Trustique Store is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer. If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, no further delivery attempts will be made.

In cases where delivery cannot be completed due to an address issue caused by the customer, no refund will be issued.

2.4. Taxes and Customs Fees

If any import duties or customs fees apply, Trustique Store will cover these charges. Customers will only pay the listed product price at checkout.
